Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Karachi East District. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, and providing support to the sales team. The role involves maintaining communication with clients, building strong relationships, and actively driving sales growth through business development strategies. The position also requires tracking and analyzing sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

 

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and teams
• Expertise in Sales and Business Development processes
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
