Call Center Agent

About the Role

Waada Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and confident individuals to become part of our expanding Contact Center team. If you have strong communication skills and an interest in sales, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
• Introduce and explain Waada's products and services to potential customers.
• Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained.
• Properly record customer responses and call outcomes in the system.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid CNIC.
• Intermediate or above (preferred).
• Good verbal communication skills in Urdu.
• Basic computer knowledge and handling skills.
• Willing to work from our office premises.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

What We Offer

• Fixed Salary: PKR 30,000 during the probation period.
• Post-Probation Salary: PKR 33,000 after successful completion of the 3-month probation, subject to performance evaluation.
• Attractive Monthly Incentives.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
