Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job Description:

Waada is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents. As a part of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, guiding them through our services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently.

Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.

Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls and sales.

Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Personal Laptop & Headset.

Valid CNIC.

Intermediate or Graduate qualification (students encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

Benefits:

Basic salary: 31,500 PKR

Attractive commission: up to 80,000 PKR
