Job Summary:
Concept Health Technologies Pakistan are seeking a proactive and empathetic Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is central to the patient journey, acting as the first point of contact for families and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-assessment care. You'll work closely with our clinical team, supporting scheduling, documentation, and communication, and guiding families through the clinical assessment and treatment process.
