Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Mai Kolachi Bypass, Clifton, Karachi.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our web portal and the accuracy of monitoring and evaluation processes related to:

  • Sites Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Attendance Management
  • Other relevant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the client regarding queries and concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards of operations.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in tracking devices and CMS data.
  • Utilize web portal access to analyze text, spatial, and packet data.
  • Prepare and manipulate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets files using advanced features and other appropriate tools for comprehensive data analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Ensure the web portal is responsive and functioning optimally at all times.
  • Data Monitoring: Oversee and analyze data from web portals and hardware devices, including GPS trackers and RFIDs.

Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support client needs and operational improvements.

Reporting: Develop and present reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Proficiency in Excel and similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with web portal management and adeptness in interpreting data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
