  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including customer service software and Microsoft Office.
