Accurately execute, issue, and process Air Waybills (AWB) in compliance with IATA and airline standards.
Input flight details, cargo weight, volume, piece count, commodity type, and special handling codes into the airline's cargo management system.
Verify all supporting documents (invoices, packing lists, export/import licenses, customs clearance notes, and Dangerous Goods declarations) before executing the AWB.
Calculate freight charges, fuel surcharges, security fees, and special handling fees accurately based on applicable contract or spot rates.
Conduct daily field visits to freight forwarders, cargo agents, and shippers to secure bookings and increase cargo volume.
Provide quick, competitive spot rate quotes to agents provided by head office for ad-hoc shipments to secure immediate business.
Accept cargo bookings from walk-in clients, agents, and phone inquiries, ensuring space availability on target flights.
Hand over executed AWBs and cargo manifest documentation to Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) and warehouse staff for flight loading.
Assist clients and agents with real-time shipment updates, pre-alerts, and arrival/departure notifications.
Handle initial queries regarding weight differences, rate disputes, or delayed shipments promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
