Experienced Sales Agent – Chat-Based Sales (Design/Art Services)

Reports To: Team Lead – Chat-Based Sales

Team Size: 2 positions

Work Type: Chat-based, platform-driven sales (on-site) Role Overview The Sales Agent will engage prospective clients through chat on platforms such as Twitch, Discord, Instagram, and Twitter to promote and sell design and art services. The role requires a self-motivated communicator who can respond quickly, handle objections, and consistently convert conversations into sales, while working under the guidance of the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound chat inquiries across all platforms. Proactively reach out to potential leads and prospects to generate new sales. Understand client needs and recommend suitable design/art service packages. Handle objections and negotiate confidently to close sales and meet monthly targets. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of conversations, leads, and closed sales. Follow up consistently with warm leads and past clients to maximize conversions.

Requirements / Qualifications Previous experience in chat-based, online, or social-media sales, preferably in digital/creative services. Excellent written English with the ability to type quickly and accurately. Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once across different platforms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling rejection.

Sales Target Individual Sales Target: $900 – $1,000 / month Compensation Basic Salary: PKR 20,000 – PKR 25,000 / month Sales Commission: 10% on individual sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
