Katib pvt ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through online chat platforms, providing timely responses, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meet response time and quality targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of education preferred.
  • Good written communication (English & Urdu).
  • Fast typing speed and problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh or 1–2 years of experience.
