About the Role
Love Furniture is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to support and manage our customer service team.
The role is focused on daily team supervision, customer communication, follow-ups, complaint handling, and making sure customer queries are handled properly and on time.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, team coordination, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is practical, responsible, and hands-on. The person should be able to guide the team, follow up on customer issues, and help make sure customers receive clear and professional support.
This role is suitable for someone who has strong customer service experience and some team supervision experience, but does not need to be a very senior manager.
