About the Role


 

Love Furniture is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to support and manage our customer service team.


 

The role is focused on daily team supervision, customer communication, follow-ups, complaint handling, and making sure customer queries are handled properly and on time.


 

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, team coordination, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.


 

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Supervise the daily work of customer service agents.
  • Make sure customer queries are responded to on time.
  • Monitor pending customer cases and follow up until resolved.
  • Support agents with difficult or escalated customer issues.
  • Review customer emails, calls, and messages when required.
  • Help improve the quality of customer communication.
  • Make sure agents follow company instructions and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, returns, damages, and customer complaints.
  • Share regular updates with management regarding customer issues and team performance.
  • Help train and guide customer service agents where needed.


 

Requirements


 

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call center operations.
  • Experience as a team lead, supervisor, senior CSR, or similar role is preferred.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic experience using CRM, order management, helpdesk, or similar systems.
  • Ability to manage a small remote team.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and responsible.


 

Preferred but Not Required


 

  • Experience in e-commerce, furniture, retail, logistics, or delivery-based customer service.
  • Experience handling UK or Ireland-based customers.
  • Experience with Odoo, Magento, Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar systems.


 

Job Details


 

Salary USD 4 per Hour | Average 130 Hours per Month | Job Timings are UK work Hours | Team Size 3 to 5 agents


 

What We Are Looking For


 

We are looking for someone who is practical, responsible, and hands-on. The person should be able to guide the team, follow up on customer issues, and help make sure customers receive clear and professional support.


 

This role is suitable for someone who has strong customer service experience and some team supervision experience, but does not need to be a very senior manager.
