We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our telecommunications products and services. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to internet, phone, and TV services.
- Guide customers through the setup and configuration of equipment and services.
- Assist with billing inquiries, account changes, and service upgrades or downgrades.
- Escalate complex technical problems to specialized departments for resolution.
- Consistently achieve or exceed performance targets, including call handling efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in customer or technical support, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
