Job Title : Sales & Operations Coordinator (Remote – UK House Removals)

We are a UK-based house removal company looking for a sharp, organized, and fluent English-speaking representative. This is a 100% work-from-home role where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.

Work Hours: 08:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time, Monday to saturday

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home).

Your Toolkit:

CRM: You will be trained on i-mve to manage leads, generate quotes, and send invoices

Phone: You will use the MoreMins app to handle all inbound and outbound UK calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound inquiries from UK customers.
• Inputting lead data into i-mve and calculating move volumes.
• manage the entire customer journey up until the booking is confirmed.
• manage the entire customer journey—from the first inquiry call to the final invoice.
• responsible for converting leads into bookings and ensuring our CRM stays updated.
• Issuing invoices and tracking payments.

• Competitive Salary: PKR 90,000 – PKR 100,000 (Based on experience).
