Chat Support Agent

Zewrix Lab is seeking motivated Chat Support Agents to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients. As a Chat Support Agent, you will actively listen to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses, supporting our Facebook organic marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their communication skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive work environment. The role requires dedication during scheduled shifts, offering two different time slots from Monday to Saturday to accommodate varied working preferences. While managing a team is not part of this role, agents are expected to collaborate effectively as part of the service team. Candidates must meet educational and age requirements and possess strong communication and active listening skills to succeed in this position at Zewrix Lab.
Responsibilities
 

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor.
• Provide accurate information related to products, services, and promotions to support Facebook organic marketing efforts.
• Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
