As a Chat Support Agent, you will actively listen to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses, supporting our Facebook organic marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their communication skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive work environment. The role requires dedication during scheduled shifts, offering two different time slots from Monday to Saturday to accommodate varied working preferences. While managing a team is not part of this role, agents are expected to collaborate effectively as part of the service team. Candidates must meet educational and age requirements and possess strong communication and active listening skills to succeed in this position at Zewrix Lab.
