Chat Support Representative

We are hiring a Chat Support Representative located in Karachi

(This job is for residents of Karachi only)

Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 Year.

Age: 18-28 years

Minimum Education: Intermediate, Graduate is preferred.

Job Role:

We are looking for a fast and efficient Chat Support Representative to manage customer interactions through live chat and email. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be able to handle multiple conversations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer queries via live chat and email.
• Communicate fluently in English — written and typed.
• Independently draft replies to customer emails and follow-ups.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain chat quality, response speed, and professionalism at all times.
• Coordinate internally if needed to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service/chat support.
• Fast typing speed with attention to detail.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several chat windows simultaneously.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Karachi before starting the job.
