Job Description

EmbPunch Design House is looking for responsible and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our night-shift team. The selected candidates will communicate with international clients, handle customer queries, process orders, and coordinate order dispatches.

This is an office-based position, and applicants must be able to commute regularly to our office in the North Karachi Industrial Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients through email, chat, and other online platforms.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Create, manage, and update customer orders.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams regarding order requirements.
• Review customer instructions and ensure all details are properly recorded.
• Handle order dispatches and share completed files with customers.
• Follow up with clients regarding approvals, revisions, payments, and pending information.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Resolve customer concerns in a polite and timely manner.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and orders.
• Professional, responsible, and punctual attitude.
• Must be able to commute to the North Karachi Industrial Area.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be considered a plus.

Salary and Training

• Paid Training: One month at PKR 20,000.
• Starting Salary After Training: PKR 45,000 per month, depending on skills, communication ability, and performance.
