About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our US-based customers, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support. You'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Follow company policies and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in every customer interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Fixed Shift)
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
