Job Summary

Human Capital is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of its client in the digital streaming and technology sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance leader with strong expertise in financial planning, fundraising, investor relations, and managing finance operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives
Provide financial insights, forecasting, and scenario planning to leadership
Build financial models and KPI dashboards

Fundraising & Investor Relations

Lead capital raising initiatives including equity and debt financing
Manage investor relations, term sheets, valuations, and negotiations
Support funding rounds and deal execution

Financial Operations & Reporting

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Risk, Compliance & Controls

Establish strong internal controls and compliance frameworks
Ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements
Coordinate external audits

Business Partnering

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, tech)
Evaluate investments, partnerships, and expansion opportunities

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Implement scalable financial processes
Requirements
Qualified CA / ACCA / CFA / CPA
Minimum 12+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
Strong expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, and investor relations
Proven experience in fundraising, M&A, and financial modeling
Experience in technology, media, or digital platforms preferred
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
