Role: Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key responsibilities may include:

Defining and leading technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives
Advising on product development, architecture decisions, and platform scalability
Overseeing technical operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and systems integration
Leading engineering teams, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships
Supporting digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization efforts
Implementing best practices for development lifecycles, DevOps, security, and cloud optimization
Advising on technology budgets, resource planning, and scaling strategies
Supporting investor relations, technical due diligence, and M&A technology assessments

Key qualities may include:

technology leadership experience, including serving as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Technology
Proven track record developing and scaling platforms, products, or technical infrastructures in dynamic environments
Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, SaaS, APIs, and modern tech stacks
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience building and scaling technical teams
Business acumen and the ability to translate technical strategy into business value
Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or global enterprises is highly valued
Prior consulting, advisory, or fractional executive experience is a plus
