Job Overview

MobiTising is looking for an experienced Account Manager – Client Service to manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Preferred Experience working with entertainment, music, digital agency , media, or corporate brands will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Media, and Strategy teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, and escalations.
• Oversee campaigns from briefing to execution, delivery, and reporting.
• Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, presentations, and monthly reports.
• Track account performance, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing client relationships.
• Resolve client issues proactively and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support new business opportunities and client pitches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, client markets, and competitor activities.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, media, or PR agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong project management and follow-up abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts under pressure.
