Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of its client, a growing organization in the Beauty, Cosmetics & Fragrance sector, for the position of Head of E-Commerce & Digital Growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially driven e-commerce leader with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their impact through key performance metrics such as:

Online Revenue Growth | ROAS | CAC | MER | Conversion Rate | AOV | Profitability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end E-Commerce P&L, revenue, sales targets, and growth strategy
• Lead and scale D2C website and marketplace sales, including Daraz
• Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Manage and optimize Shopify stores, UI/UX, and conversion performance
• Improve AOV, customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases
• Develop CRM, WhatsApp/SMS, remarketing, and retention strategies
• Lead creative testing and scale high-performing campaigns
• Explore influencers, affiliates, and new digital growth channels
• Lead e-commerce and digital teams while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Track and optimize MER, CVR, LTV, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margin

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of hands-on E-Commerce / Digital Growth experience
• Proven experience scaling high-volume D2C / Shopify businesses
• Strong expertise in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, WooCommerce, marketplaces, and CRM
• Experience in building and scaling an e-commerce operation or department
• Strong commercial and team leadership capabilities
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Perfume/Fragrance, or consumer brands will be preferred
