Key Responsibilities:

· Own end-to-end e-commerce P&L, sales, revenue targets, and growth strategy

· Drive D2C website and marketplace sales, including Daraz

· Lead Meta, Google & TikTok performance marketing with a strict focus on ROAS, CAC, and profitability

· Own Shopify store management, UI/UX, mobile CRO, and product-page optimization

· Improve AOV, bundles, customer acquisition, and retention

· Manage COD/order economics, logistics, customer support, and order management

· Develop CRM, remarketing, WhatsApp/SMS, and repeat-purchase strategies

· Conduct systematic creative testing to scale winning ad creatives

· Identify new digital channels, partnerships, influencer/affiliate opportunities

· Lead e-commerce/digital teams and coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain & and finance

· Report on key metrics: MER, CVR, LTV, and Contribution Margin
