Meta Ads Expert (On-Site – Federal B Area)

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads, specifically on Facebook and Instagram, within the custom patches and apparel niche. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads, primarily targeting the USA market. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Federal B Area Block 8, Karachi, with working hours from 8 PM to 1:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize performance.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through targeted advertising efforts.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Create and test various ad creatives and copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance regularly and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns within the patches, apparel, or a closely related niche.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, especially focused on the USA market.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data effectively and scale profitable advertising efforts.
