Cold Caller

We're looking for a Junior Cold Caller to join the Sarmaya team, a TAG Group company building intelligent, explainable systems for enterprises across the globe.

If you're confident on the phone, hungry to learn, and excited about opening doors for a cutting-edge AI company, this is your entry point.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients across target industries
• Introduce Sarmaya's solutions and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs and prospect data in the CRM
• Follow up on leads and schedule discovery meetings
• Meet daily and weekly call targets

What we're looking for:

• 0–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
• Clear, confident spoken communication in English
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in B2B or tech sales
• Prior exposure to outbound sales scripts and objection handling
