Job Description

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, effectively promoting products and services, and converting leads into sales to support the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Clearly and effectively promote company products and services.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries and objections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and call details.
- Follow campaign guidelines and quality standards to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality.
- Basic computer skills for managing calls and data entry.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
