Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Job Description

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, effectively presenting products and services, and converting leads into successful sales. Successful candidates will contribute directly to the company’s growth by meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to generate customer interest.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately maintain customer and call records in line with company standards.
- Follow campaign procedures and quality guidelines to ensure high service standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant experience in a call center or sales environment.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for managing call systems and record keeping.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Target-driven and motivated personality focused on achieving sales goals.
