Company: MIGHTY VA – Back Office Support for McKinney & Co Insurance

MIGHTY VA is a USA-based BPO supporting McKinney & Co Insurance, with headquarters in Atlanta, Dallas, and Chicago. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Underwriting & Lead Generation Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate commercial insurance policies and assist with underwriting processes
• Review risk information, coverage details, and policy documentation
• Support commercial insurance account analysis and decision-making
• Conduct lead nurturing activities through outbound calls
• Handle cold calling campaigns to generate and qualify business opportunities
• Maintain professional communication with potential clients
• Update CRM records and follow up with leads effectively
• Work closely with the USA-based insurance team

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance concepts preferred
• Experience in insurance underwriting, brokerage, BPO, or lead generation is a plus
• Professional phone etiquette and confidence in outbound calling
• Ability to work independently during USA business hours

Job Details:

• Location: Karimabad Block 4 Office
• Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
