Commission Sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will focus on driving sales by identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products and services, and closing sales deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team is also expected to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

 

• Demonstrated ability in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Customer Interaction skills
• Proven skills in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and active listening abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using sales tools and basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a sales or commission-based role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage
