To assist in all compliance related queries and escalations from the business units along with Policy review with respect to Regulatory Compliance.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support Supervisor in the roll-out and implementation of the Group Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Identifying opportunities for the continuous and sustainable improvement of the Compliance processes based on risks and control deficiencies identified.
  • Assist in providing Compliance advice to internal and external (Group wide) stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, attending meetings to discuss and address regulatory compliance related matters.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships within the Bank to promote best practice and ensure a good understanding of Compliance requirements across the Bank.
  • Assist in Providing updates to business on compliance requirements, best practices, market news, international regulations.
  • Reviewing and finalizing Management Information for the unit and review the information prior to submission to the higher Management.

 

Qualification & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree from a Recognized Institute / University.
  • Minimum 5 Years of professional experience.
