Computer Operator

Abbasi Mill is seeking a dedicated Computer Operator with at least two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in data entry, data entry software, Microsoft Excel, and typing software. This role involves managing a team of 20 persons, requiring excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Computer Operator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and efficient data management processes to support the operational goals of Abbasi Mill.
Responsibilities
 

• Operate computer systems and manage data entry tasks with accuracy and speed using appropriate software tools.
• Oversee the data entry team of 20 personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Monitor data input processes to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Implement and follow established protocols for data management and reporting within the company.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather and process information necessary for daily operations.
• Manage typing tasks efficiently and utilize typing software to enhance workflow.
• Prepare regular reports on data entry activities and team performance to inform management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and information management.
• Train new team members on data entry techniques, software usage, and company standards.
• Optimize operational processes to improve speed and accuracy of data entry tasks.
• Maintain computer systems and peripherals, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating technical support when needed.
