About the Job:


 

The HR Analyst role focuses on supporting end-to-end HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. This position manages key activities including onboarding, employee documentation, orientation, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR operational support. The role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding of large batches of agents following bulk hiring by the Recruitment team.
  • Prepare and issue employee documents including bank letters and employment-related documentation.
  • Facilitate issuance of employee access cards and coordinate system access with relevant departments.
  • Conduct new hire orientations to introduce company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where required.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR operational tasks including documentation management, attendance tracking, and employee file maintenance.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain data records to support HR analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Admin, and Payroll to support employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in improving HR processes and operational efficiency.


 

Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Prior exposure to HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience handling bulk onboarding or working in fast-paced environments will be an added advantage.

  • Conflict Resolution & Mediation skills with ability to handle employee grievances professionally.
  • Good understanding of Labor Law Compliance and HR policies.
  • Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and HR reporting
