use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competition
Creating engaging Text, Image, and Video Content
Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create thrill around new brands
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
Monitoring and replying to the Facebook campaign’s response
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Oversee social media accounts’ layout
Collaborate with Designer and Seniors for initiating attractive and informative campaigns
Respond to leads on the Facebook campaign by uploading leads on google sheets

Sales (Calls Centre)

Respond to leads via phone calls provide product and service information to clients and provide general information
Build strong relationships with customers
Send Promotional Material to clients and forward the potential client to Sales Team via CRM/ google sheet
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures on CRM / Google sheet, Complete call logs, and reports
Management and forward Client complaints to the concerned Department
Follow up Client calls where necessary or after some time as per decided in the last meeting with the client
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify Company’s information
research every issue and provide solutions to them
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets
Research, identify and resolve customer Issued / complaints using applicable software
Divert mature clients to seniors for maturity
Provide complete information and service information to clients
Recognize opportunities to upsell Our Franchise Brands and services
Follow up on our company's communication “scripts” provided by SRM Department
Keep records of all conversations in google sheet or CRM in a comprehensible way and assign Leads to
Concern Sales Manager / Brand Ambassador or Team

Member

When assigned, attend sales seminars
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow our customer engagement strategy prescribed by Seniors
Meet Personal / Team qualitative and quantitative targets
Identify and escalate issues to seniors
Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
