We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Core Banking System Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our banking technology landscape. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and technical strategy for our Core Banking transformation and modernization journey, driving scalable, resilient, secure, and innovative solutions that enable the bank's strategic business objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern end-to-end Core Banking architecture

• Lead Core Banking transformation, implementation, upgrade, and modernization initiatives

• Define application, integration, infrastructure, database, data, security, HA/DR, and DR architectures

• Work with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos Transact / T24 or equivalent

• Design integration with Digital Banking, Payments, ATM, Cards, AML, CRM, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise systems

• Lead infrastructure and hardware sizing, capacity planning, scalability, and performance architecture

• Evaluate technology stacks including IBM Power/AIX, Intel, OpenShift/Kubernetes, WebSphere Liberty, Oracle, and enterprise integration platforms

• Provide technical leadership in vendor evaluation, solution design, implementation, migration, and Go-Live

• Ensure architecture aligns with security, regulatory, availability, resilience, and enterprise architecture standards

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture

• Strong experience with Temenos Transact/T24 or other major Core Banking platforms

• Strong understanding of banking applications, integration, APIs, messaging, databases, and infrastructure

• Experience in HA/DR, business continuity, performance, scalability, and migration architecture

• Experience working with system integrators, technology vendors, and large-scale banking transformation projects

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
