QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree or 2-year diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years in corporate hospitality sales.
Minimum 3 years as a Guest Service Agent (GSA) in hotels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Corporate Sales Duties:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients 
Conduct sales calls and follow up on leads within 24 hours.
2. Guest Service Agent (GSA) Duties:

Handle front-desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, reservations.
Provide exceptional guest service and resolve inquiries/complaints.
