We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who understands how to create high-converting ad creatives for Meta platforms. If you know how to build strong hooks, engaging body visuals, and scroll-stopping video formats, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Edit high-converting video ads for Meta platforms (Meta Platforms Facebook & Instagram)

Create different types of hooks, body visuals, and ad creative formats

Understand and apply winning creative structures for high CTR, retention, and engagement

Work on multiple video styles including:

UGC style videos

Problem/Solution videos

Testimonial videos

Comparison videos

Product demonstration videos

Storytelling ads

Stay updated with trending ad formats and performance creative strategies

Turn ideas into engaging visuals that drive results

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives and performance marketing

Deep knowledge of hooks, retention strategies, and visual storytelling

Skilled in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools

Ability to quickly adapt to new creative formats and trends

Must have your own device/laptop for remote work

Interview Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to create a few sample videos to evaluate creativity, editing quality, and understanding of performance ad formats.
