Chat Support Executive

Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Representatives to join our dynamic team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. This full-time position involves managing live chat inquiries, assisting potential customers, and converting leads into loyal clients during the fixed night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Actively promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Work fixed night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively through chat.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working during night hours.
