Customer Sales Agent

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and support sales and operational activities,

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Prior CSR or call center experience is a plus
