Customer Sales Agents (Night Shift)

Job Description

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join its growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales to support the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of experience in a call center or sales environment
- Good command of English communication skills
- Strong persuasion skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency to operate CRM and related tools
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts effectively
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
