Sales Executive (Female) – Visa Consulting

Job Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the visa consultancy, immigration, travel, or education consultancy industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-dealing skills.
• Ability to handle leads, follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
• Knowledge of visa consulting/immigration services will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable making calls, handling WhatsApp inquiries, and conducting client meetings.
• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
• Good command of English and Urdu (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries related to visa services.
• Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain visa packages, procedures, requirements, and service charges.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the processing/case team for smooth client handling.
