Admissions Inquiry Officer

We are looking for an Admissions Inquiry Officer with strong communication, sales and lead-generation skills to support student recruitment. The role involves managing prospective student enquiries, conducting inbound and outbound calls, and converting qualified leads into applications and confirmed enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about programmes, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures and deadlines.
• Generate and qualify prospective student leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Follow up with prospective students, address concerns and guide them through the application process.
• Use effective sales techniques to handle objections and convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including contact details, communication history and follow-up status.
• Meet assigned calling, lead-generation and enrolment targets.
• Prepare regular reports on lead activity, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with admissions and academic departments to ensure a smooth applicant experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field, such as telesales, lead generation, customer service or admissions counselling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident telephone manner with effective persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Experience in the education sector or international cold calling will be an advantage.
