Customer Sales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This role involves making outbound calls and converting leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• Promote and explain company products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role
• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
