We are looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Reputable Bank to handle inbound customer calls, share product information, and deliver excellent customer service

Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities

· Make inbound calls to customers professionally

· Explain banking products & services clearly

· Maintain high standards of customer service & call quality

· Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

· Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)

· Strong communication & problem-solving skills

· Willing to work in rotational shifts
