At ABS International, we are a direct U.S. principal with over 16 years of global success and a track record of zero missed payroll dates. We are hiring for our Block 13C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch.

The Role: Inbound Support for US Operations (No Cold Calls, No Sales Targets)

This is a pure support role. Your focus will be on helping people, not chasing sales.

• Inbound Call & Chat Support: Receive inquiries from US customers about their dispatched vehicles and from truck drivers managing the transport.
• Live Tracking & Proactive Updates: Coordinate between both parties to resolve queries and provide timely status updates.
• Problem Solving: Manage logistical questions with professionalism and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the high standards of our US operations through accurate CRM documentation.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of BPO or international customer support experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work on-site in Block 13C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
• Available for evening shift: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, six days a week.
