Agay Barho is seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Operations Executive who will play a crucial role in managing client communications and ensuring seamless order processing. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to client inquiries, efficiently coordinate with internal teams, and maintain precise records in Customer Relationship Management systems. This role requires strong communication management skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work consistently in a structured and repetitive environment. The executive will also be responsible for reviewing and editing client-submitted content using internal guidelines and AI tools to ensure quality and compliance. This position demands reliability and discipline during working hours, excellent written English abilities, and a customer-focused approach to resolve issues quickly and accurately. While this role does not involve managing a team, the executive will collaborate closely with various departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows, track order status, and follow up on payments effectively. The incumbent should have at least two years of experience and be a graduate, prepared to uphold Agay Barho's commitment to client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond to client queries promptly through WhatsApp and CRM platforms to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Collect and verify detailed order information from clients to ensure accuracy before processing.
  • Accurately update order statuses and maintain comprehensive records in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
  • Review and edit submitted client content according to internal guidelines and utilize AI tools for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
  • Track client payments and proactively follow up on any pending amounts to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Ensure all client orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and within designated timelines.
  • Identify and escalate unclear, incomplete, or non-compliant requests to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Adhere strictly to company processes and maintain systematic workflows in a repetitive work environment.
  • Demonstrate reliability, discipline, and responsiveness during working hours to support continuous operation.
