Customer Service Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

- Actively promoting and selling Belco Chocolates' products on social media and whatsapp

- ⁠responding and taking orders on UAN, social media messages and whatsapp

- ⁠compiling customer data

- ⁠daily feedback calls to clients

- ⁠customer feedback report

- ⁠customer retention

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

- Achieving sales targets through effective communication and sales strategies

- use CRM software to document client interactions

- Customer service reps who can resolve client complaints and have strong problem-solving skills. They use these skills to assess concerns and determine how to resolve issues in a way that's satisfactory for the customer and the company.

- Can do Multitasking; The ability to do many things at once, like have a conversation by phone while also researching a problem and documenting your conversation, may help you balance competing tasks.

- Good communication skills; customer service representatives should spend most of their working hours communicating with or writing to clients, excellent communication skills are important. These support representatives should know how to read, write, communicate and listen well.

Pay: From Rs28,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
