Customer Support Representative / Front Desk Officer
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels with professional etiquette.
Provide detailed, accurate information regarding wellness services, specialized health testing, and consultations to guide clients seamlessly through their wellness journey.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and follow-ups efficiently while coordinating closely with the clinical team.
Resolve client concerns or complaints with a high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism, ensuring a premium customer experience.
Handling cash at the Front Desk.
*REQUIREMENTS*
Minimum of 2+ years of related, hands-on experience in customer service, front-desk operations, or client relations, preferably within a healthcare, wellness, or premium hospitality setting.
Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) to articulate services clearly and handle client interactions confidently.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence to manage stressful situations or anxious clients effectively.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with digital communication tools.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
