Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality support to users of our platforms Shipox and Storfox. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to understand and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Key Requirements:

  • strong customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic technical understanding (can handle SaaS platform support, basic troubleshooting)
  • 6 month– 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain composure
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient support to Shipox and Storfox customers
  • Understand customer workflows and assist with queries or issues
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams for problem resolution
  • Conduct basic training sessions or walkthroughs for new customers
