Position: Customer Service Specialist/Operations Controller

Timings:
Slot 01: 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM (5 Days a week)
Slot 02: 01:00 PM - 11:00 PM (6 Days a week)
Night Shifts Are Also Available
Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 (Based on English Proficiency)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Controller to manage and support day-to-day operational activities for our UK clients. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of coordination between staff and management, ensuring smooth scheduling and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

-) Book and allocate officers to various sites across the UK.
-) Monitor attendance and performance of on-site officers.
-) Handle daily operational coordination and updates with clients and team members.
-) Assist in hiring and onboarding new officers.
-) Maintain accurate records of shifts, schedules, and communications.

Requirements:

-) Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
-) Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-) Proficiency in MS Office and basic operational tools.
-) Prior experience in recruitment or operations (preferred).
