Data Entry Intern

This position is for a client and is not part of Quanrio’s internal hiring.

We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated Data Entry Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining import/export records, preparing trade documentation, supporting Letter of Credit (LC) processing, and coordinating routine documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update import/export records, transaction details, and databases..
• Assist in preparing and processing Letters of Credit (LCs) and related documents..
• Prepare, organize, and maintain import/export documentation..
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness and coordinate corrections when needed..
• Assist with daily documentation, data entry, and reporting activities..
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders for documentation requirements..
• Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of trade-related information..

Requirements:

• Final semester student or fresh graduate in BBA, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, International Business, or a related field..
• Basic understanding of import/export procedures and trade documentation is preferred..
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs) will be an added advantage..
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and data management skills..
• Good written and verbal communication skills..
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in import/export operations..

Timings: Morning shift

Job type: Full time (Onsite)

Location: MACHS, Karachi

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
