We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and organised individual to join our team as a Dental Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Executive.

Your main responsibility will be to handle patient enquiries, follow up with potential patients, explain our dental treatments, and turn enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Call potential patients and follow up with interested leads.
• Explain dental treatments, services, and prices.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders.
• Maintain organised records of enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with our dentists to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Who Can Apply?

• Anyone with good communication and organisational skills.
• Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, reception, or call handling will be preferred.
• Applicants should be confident speaking with patients and comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer tools.

Previous experience is a plus, but motivated candidates who are willing to learn are also welcome.

What We Offer

• Fixed monthly salary of PKR 30,000.
• Additional commission for successfully converting enquiries into appointments.
• Practical experience in patient coordination and dental clinic operations.
