About Vision for Education Foundation: V4E is dedicated to improving eye health for children and communities through comprehensive eye care programs, including school eye screening programs, cornea transplantation, and donation awareness. Our initiatives aim to enhance the quality of life and provide necessary support to those in need.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Officer to join our School Eye Screening Program team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver essential eye care services to school children and communities, ensuring they have the visual resources they need to succeed in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and implement the daily eye screening program in schools and communities.

· Liaise with school management, parents, hospitals, team members, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

· Manage and analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness.

· Analyze data and supervise further diagnosis and treatment of those identified with eye disorders.

· Visit hospitals along with the child when needed.

· Ensure compliance with health regulations and child safety protocols.

· Evaluate data effectively and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related degree. Fresh graduates are welcome.

· Experience in public health programs, particularly in eye care or pediatric health initiatives will be preferred.

· Proficient in data management and analysis.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of child safety and ethical guidelines in healthcare.

· Strong skills in MS Word and Excel are a must.
